About me
My name is Ivanka Stuchlik and Iam a mother of three beautiful children 6, 11, 18. I'm a Licensed childcare provider/ certified childcare professional in the State of Colorado. I have 20 years of experience. I started my own childcare so that I could give my own children, as well as those I take care of, the care I think they deserve. I studied Early childhood Education, Psychology and Sociology. I worked as a Preschool/Kindergarten teacher assistant and also as an Elementary teacher in Czech Republic. I have also worked as an Au-Pair here in the United states, (New York, Washington D.C, and Denver) and in Europe (England). I love reading, hiking, and yoga. I especially enjoy spending time and doing various activities with my family, sports, music and traveling . Iam also fluent in English and Czech.
About us
Ivanka's Daycare/Preschool is located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Ivanka's Daycare is registered and licensed in home childcare. Our program meets our state’s highest health and safety standards. (I am CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, and Medicine Administration Certified. I have over 20 years experience watching children as young as infant. I am an Experienced Childcare Provider that has completed the 48 credit hour training in Expanding Quality in Infant Toddler Care (EQIT) provided by the Colorado Department of Education in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Human Services Division of Child Care).
We have a nearly new built home that is very clean, smoke-free is located in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Our program offers a child-centered curriculum with planned learning activities. We also offer Music class, Book Start reading program, outdoor class and yoga class! All this is free to you and part of the childcare we provide to your little ones. Some other in home activities consists of various crafts, weekly themes, projects, gardening, nature, cooking, and Spanish.
We love reading and teaching the importance of books which encourage children to become lifelong learners. I believe that play time is just as important for young children just as learning time is during preschool age. Parent interactions with their children at a young age also plays a vital role in their language development, success in learning to read, and other future academic achievements.
We serve nutritious/organic meals. Ivanka's Daycare is Colorado Shines program level 2 working on getting level 5. Qualistar rated since 2010.
